Clean up custom interface menus

Description

Now that we have the Interfaces menu, clean up the users custom interfaces. The duplicated entries should be removed and the user should be notified of the change.

I'm not so sure about removing anything from the menus that have been setup by a user.

looking forward the script library we are considering will include handling changes at this level and more, so I'd be tempted to leave the users menus alone.

Tested that can access custom interfaces both from the new 'Interfaces' top menu and from previously added user menus.
