Nick,
The Qt Settings for MantidPlot is set up to put the config file under a "ISIS" directory.
Should we move it to ".config/Mantid/" since it is no longer a ISIS-only program?
I have a GUI that needs to save QT config stuff somewhere and that is why it came up. Note: Similar structure will be used under Windows (but in Registry) and Mac.
