Can't plot errorbars with plotSpectrum

Description

Load a workspace, say it has the name 'b'

then executing

plotSpectrum('b',0,True)

causes Mantidplot to crash

Closer testing shows that luckily that this bug does not identify itself when building from release hence does not not effect any of the installers.

Still 'interesting' that it persist on at least my Win 64 machine when building in debug.
