Fix LoadMuonNexus to return bin centred workspace

Description

Change LoadMuonNexus so that it returns bin centred workspace data if this is the content of the NeXus file. Currently converts it to use bin boundaries.

Won't fix this for now. It is not clear who raised this issue, or if it really occurs in practice.
