Large oscillations in I(Q) plots when the count statistics are low

Description
This is mainly affecting can runs (see below for a run number) when reduced over a large wavelength range there are oscillations in I(Q) many errorbars in size. The plot should be a smooth curve to within th errorbars. I'll post more run details below

Select SANS2D and set the following run to 7210 L/WAV 1.75 14.0
Is less nosy than
L/WAV 1.75 16.5
However, the last run has more data and so should be smoother! the user file is attached
