Odd error message on shutdown of MantidPlot- ubuntu 11.04 (natty)

Description

This definitely happens on ubuntu 11.04 (natty): 

$ bin/MantidPlot 
Application asked to unregister timer 0x3a000004 which is not registered in this thread. Fix application.

The only thing you need to do in the application is close it.

This happens no matter how much or how little is done in mantid itself. While it does not interfere with using mantid, I am left wondering if it is scratching the surface of a real bug.
