Data disappears when using Data Reader view

Description

I don't know if this is a RHEL6 only issue or not.

  • Create a plot
  • Go to the "Data->Data Reader" menu item and the data vanishes.
  • Then go to "Data->Screen Reader" menu item and the data reappears!

I find this happens, but only if I have previously gone to Data->Screen Reader.

This ticket is linked to #2783.

There is some code I found in ApplicationWindow.cpp that needs to be uncommented that relates to the toolbar options.

To find the code search for "disabled until fixed (#2783)"

Tested on Mantid 2.6 on Win7 and RHEL6, could not reproduce the issue.
