(In [13023]) fixes #3323

This is the addition of 16 or so non-existent detectors to the instrument that match to nonexistent detectors in the wiring table of offsec, the data that is fed to them is junk and should be ignored. The design of offspec makes this necessary.

There is indeed 16 extra detectors.
