Description
Process I(qx,qy) for each frame separately. Need to write a workflow algorithm that will determine whether we are in frame skipping mode or not and determine the Qxy algorithm properties.

Verified most of this when checking the 1D case. For a multi-frame file you get a frame each for Iqxy.
