SANS: Apply M4 shift to transmission and direct beam files also

Before leaving Steve Williams gave us a command to use in our mask file which would allow us to shift the position of the monitor which we used for transmissions:

I have found that when using the SANS gui this command (and therefore M4 position) is only applied to the SANS files and not the transmission or direct beam files and therefore the monitor is in the incorrect place for the transmission calculation.

To test:

To a mask file add TRANS/TRANSPEC=4/SHIFT=1

Then load sample=9649, trans=9649, direct=9648 for example. Look at the history of the created workspaces and see if monitor4 has moved

Following the prescription given above, I see that monitor4 moved in all the datasets.
