script window bugs (linux and osx)

Description

There are two aspects: 1: On both osx and linux if one minimises the script window it disappears. Permanently on linux and into the odd world of expose in osx 2: In osx the font that is used in the script window is too small for comfortable working, and it seems impossible to adjust

Removing this line appears to fix the script window minimising/disappearing problems on Linux.
It doesn't appear to reintroduce the problem described in #2912 around which this change was originally made.
Fixes #3066 and Re #3719.

The above change seems to sort out problem 1 on linux. On OSX (Snow Leopard) I didn't see a problem anyway - the minimized script window appeared in the dock - and the change I made didn't affect that for me.

For issue 2: To change the script window font size, hold down the 'command' key and scroll the mouse wheel. It can also be changed via command key and +/-, though unfortunately the + only works if you have a keypad. I will look at adding a more obvious way to change this.

Make script window font 2 points larger on Mac by default. Change shortcuts to bring up script/interpreter windows on Mac to be something other than function keys that Expose already uses. Re #3719.

The minimising bug no longer seems an issue.

The font however still seems a little small. I've attached a screenshot of the default on our test Mac, should we raise it another couple of points?

Made it bigger. I only have very low resolution on my Mac, so I was half expecting it to still be a bit small elsewhere. How does it look now?
