Eliminate the use of CNCS_7860 in unit tests

Description

By this I mean CNCS_7860.nxs & CNCS_7860_event.nxs - the neutron_event file can stay.

Ahead of the move to git for revision control, it would be good to prune the size of the AutoTestData directory and these 2 files are among the largest in there.

Ticket #1914 has some relevant information.

Got half way there - the histogram nexus (CNCS_7860.nxs) is gone.

I couldn't manage the event nexus (CNCS_7860_event.nxs). The blocker was that it's used to test the monitor loading and also the 'CompressEvents' option on LoadEventNexus, so although I got hold of a smaller version it didn't have monitors and has so few events that you couldn't see the effect of CompressEvents.
