Plot Spectra Dialog - Add "Plot All" button.

Description

Add a further button to the plot spectra dialog, to allow the user to plot all the spectra of a workspace.

If the workspace has a large number of spectra then present the user with a warning to say that Mantid may take a long time to load or even crash, and ask if they are sure if they want to continue.
