Description

Algorithm that copies one MDHistoWorkspace to another but only on points != 0 in a third workspace (the mask)

Note to testers: Use boolean operators ( http://www.mantidproject.org/MDHistoWorkspace ) to create a mask workspace. That wiki page also covers how to create a MDHistoWorkspace.

Masked gridpoint below 123 and minimum in SliceViewer plot went from 1.03 to 127
