ConjoinWorkspaces for event workspaces messes up the spectrum numbering

Description

  • Load two event workspaces
  • Show the detector tables on each of them
  • Run ConjoinWorkspaces
  • The first workspace will contain the conjoined data and click show detectors and the first spectrum will be wrong

Refs #4250. Fixes spectrum numbering in conjoin & event workspaces.

When they don't overlap the spectrum numbers should just be copied from the input workspaces and the second one continued on top.
