Peak overlay improvements

1. Can the line number of the PeakWorkspace be added in bracket (if you ask for it by ticking box so it doesn't get unnecessarily crowded if you don't want it) to produce something like 1 0 1 [20] for the 101 peak which can be found at line 20 of the PeaksWorkspace? This would allow easy removal of the peaks you are not happy with visually.

2. The other thing that would be useful would be to reduce or even better be able to choose the number of significant figures from the PeaksWorkspace that appears in the plot, again to avoid overcrowding (see attached and there aren't that many peaks in there. I am not sure why some of them appear at hkl with no number in there, I ll have a look at that).

3. Ah, and finally (sorry that's 3 things now), if you drag it to a instrument view for which it doesn't work (ie 3D plot as I am guessing it also works for spherical), could it give you a warning saying you need a projected view.
