Write out IMDWorkspace to binary visualisation format

Description

We want to be able to export a visualisation file from a MDWorkspace so that it can be used in other applications.

One possibility is to expose these options in the PV simple interface (ticket pending). However, for large visualisation files, users may not want to have to render the whole MDWorkspace in order to obtain the menu options for saving. They may also want to do this from within MantidPlot in an environment that does not necessarily include Paraview.

This ticket is to create an algorithm that can write out a very large IMDWorkspace to a binary format (probably XDF).
