Have an option to have the toolbar turned off by default while using MuonAnalysis.

Description

The user should be able to choose on the settings tab whether to have the toolbar disappear while using the muon analysis interface.

Indeed.

BTW, if starting Mantid from the command line (or Eclipse), the following text is printed there when you start the Muon interface:
