3D MDEventWorkspaces no longer load in simple interface

Description

I can no longer load 3D MDEventWorkspaces in the simple interface. It looks like the change in #4564 broke something for this class of data. From what I can tell, on line 183 of MDEWLoadingPresenter.cpp, the tDimension variable is null.

I've done some informal testing and think that this is fixed now.

OK. The 3D MDEventWorkspaces can be loaded into the simple interface once more.
