Add lib directory to Python path in MantidPlot

Description

The new mantidqtpython module gets installed into /opt/Mantid/lib and needs to be on the path in MantidPlot.

The lib directory is on the sys.path & mantidqtpython is importable.

I suppose the other option would have been to install the module into the bin directory, but this way works...
