Description
While talking to Jon Taylor yesterday. He pointed out a feature on some our color map tools that would be very good to have in the SliceViewer. The feature involves being able to use the mouse to put focus on the min and max color scaling values and then use the scroll to increase/decrease the value.
Having seen Jon do this with some other tools, I think that this simple change would improve the usability of the sliceviewer. It makes it very easy to search for features of interest.
Janik: This is probably a feature for iteration 33. Pass the ticket back to me and I'll implement this if you want.

If you click on the text boxes at the top/bottom of the color scale (to put the cursor in the text and give it focus) and then use the mouse wheel, it changes the values. Or at least, it works for me on Linux (haven't tried on other platforms). Is that what Jon has in mind?
