Description

This unit test checks to make sure we are running on a machine with less than 100Gb RAM - I'm not sure why - but one of our build servers has 256Gb! :-(

Refs #4874. Made the max ram limit higher.

Agreed, seems like an odd test. Fix is valid nonetheless. Created #5174 to see why we have this test in the first place!
