Instrument view crash selecting peaks

Description

Crash happens with workspaces with 1 bin (event workspaces) and x integration range reduced. To test:

-load an event workspace, -open the instrument view, -reduce the integration range, -change to an unwrapped view, -change to the pick tab, -select the peak selection tool, -click on a detector -see a terminate or continue dialog
