Convert MatrixWorkspace to MDHistoWorkspace (?)

Related to #4666 and #4665.

This would take a MatrixWorkspace and turn it into a 2D MDHistoWorkspace, for viewing in the SliceViewer.

It is currently possible to view a MWS in SliceViewer but it is not ideal.

Following some improvements in the way the SliceViewer handles MWS, this ticket is probably not necessary. The Rebin2D algo allows rebinning the MWS.
