Working with standard MARI file I am not getting image I could expect

Caused by the fact that the algo was not treated negative min Q values correctly.

The issue was that negative limits specified for modQ (incorrectly) were completely confusing the algorithm.

Fixed by setting possible negative limit to 0 and introducing checks on both limits were 0
