Python based interfaces removed from the interfaces menu cannot be restored

Description
If you remove a python based interface such as the REFM reduction. then there is now way to get it back without editing the preferences file.

This has been taken care of in #7614. There is now no way to even add the Python interfaces to your custom menus; all interfaces are dealt with separately via the Manage Interface Categories dialog.
