More info on install dialog

Description

Point raised by Robert Whitley about the installer dialog messages.

Background: If the installer doesn't find an uninstall.exe (part of the new installer). It warns the user that they might have an old mantid install kicking around and tells them to remove it.

  • Should say that No will abort the install
  • Should say that yes will continue

Some small variation around these two bits of information should be provided.

  • Status changed from new to accepted

I've repackaged and tested this on my machine and it seems okay

Tester: Uninstall Mantid and completely remove the C:\MantidInstall directory this will ensure that you see this message when you install next (as it's checking for the presence of the uninstall.exe .

The expanded message shows up.

We should be sure to change it after the release to make it clear that we're referring to a pre-2.1 Mantid install. Can we do anything clever to distinguish between first-time Mantid users and those with an old version around?
