Mantid Plot Launchable from Applications Folder

Description

Pointed out by Andrei, there is no link to launch MantidPlot on windows from the Start -> All Programs -> Mantid menu. Only the uninstaller is shown.

refs #5273. Additional CPACK command does this.

Done. Under the Mantid folder in the Start -> All Programs should now have shortcuts for

  • MantidPlot
  • uninstall

They're both there, though the icons have different resolutions which looks a bit odd - trivial ticket #5692 created for that.
