Cannot view 4D datasets in ParaView

Description

The ability to view 4D datasets in ParaView is broken. There doesn't seem to be a problem viewing 3D datasets.

To test, use ParaView to open a 4D dataset, like SEQ_MDEW.nxs in AutoTestData. Hit Apply and it should render without crashing.

Tested by creating a 4D fake input workspace. Works perfectly.
