Ticket #5543 (closed: duplicate)
MUON: Get periods to work in the interface.

Description
Currently taking period 2 away from period 1 gives the plot a strange look where the data seems to be randomly dotted about 0. What should be plotted is a straight line across 0.

I've run an example and saw that the result of subtracting periods does not look like: "randomly dotted about 0". I've tried to search to find a ticket to track this issue. I found that subtracting periods was introduced in release 2.3, but I could not find anything related to this after.
So, I assume it is working right now. I would have set this as worksforme or invalid (at least now) since we do not know to whom it was duplicated.

This ticket has been transferred to github issue 6388
I think the problem is happening because it is trying to plot error bars. This is causing a strange effect on the plot like covering the entire plot in lines so it is covered by a black square.
I have asked Steve to uncheck the error bars and see if that has the desired effect. If so, I shall close this ticket as works for me.
