These two domains were created to deal with large data sets. At this point I am not sure if they are going to be used in quantification. If they are not they can be removed from mantid instead.

I agree with your question, if these are not needed then this ticket needs to change to remove the unneeded code.

I talked to Martyn about it. He thinks that we may need them in the future so I won't be removing them.
