SystemTests - Problem With Setting Facility In Props File

Description

Currently, when the default facility is set to a non-ISIS facility in the properties file, some system tests (mainly Indirect and Direct Inelastic) fail to run.

Closing.

To test, set the default facility to SNS in the build of Mantid to which you point the system tests towards via the -m parameter. Make sure that the problematic tests that wouldn't run before (the ISISIndirectInelastic test, for example) now pass.

All tests passed when default facility is SNS.
