Install/uninstall icons in Windows start menu have different resolutions

....which looks a bit odd.

I think one uses MantidPlot_Icon_32offset.png and the other MantidPlot_Icon_32offset.ico

The ICONS look OK. I only get both on the all programs menu in which the icons are small.
