MantidPlot crashes after loading a project

Description

  • Load a file, eg LOQ49886.nxs from AutoTestData
  • Import its MantidMatrix
  • Create a colour-fill plot
  • Save the project
  • Close then re-open MantidPlot
  • Load the saved project
  • Delete the workspace: Mantid crashes either straight away or when trying to close the plot.

Re #5732. MultiLayer containing the plot wasn't properly connected.
