This is a ticket to keep track of the changes made in order to get live reduction working on HYSPEC (well, I suppose it is really HYSPECA).

refs #5773. Allow OutputWorkspace to be specified.

Change the top level algorithm (DgsReduction) to allow the user to specify the name of the output workspace. The underlying algorith (DgsConvertRoEnergyTransfer) already had the property, so it is just wiring these together.

refs #5773 & #5774. Add logic for selecting InputWorkspace Property.

If there is not a property called InputWorkspace, then we will use the first input workspace property.
