LoadIsawPeaks misses loading in a few peaks

Description

Some peaks are not loaded from the attached Peaks file.

Several peaks were missed in the attached file. In particular, peaks with sequence numbers 586 and 2698. The column values for these peaks were over 256( i.e. not on the panel), so it was okay to omit these peaks.
