Remove hard coded filenames from MedianDetectorTestTest

Description

The ARCS definition filename is hard coded into the test. Should we really do this ? or get the definition filename from the instrument name ?

This is confirmed to have been fixed in #7707 when Andrei Savici optimized the test in commit 6da8f978d457db6f7a12817f70a3bd84e9d5bc37
