Save Nexus does not save Nexus parameters

Description
Aziz cannot do fitting because of this.
Load e.g. any HRPD dataset save it to nexus. reload load the dataset and all the fit-parameters (possibly others?) do not get reloaded. This is seen by plotting any of the reloaded spectra and select a backtobackexponential peak

Re #6005. Disable instrument checking on PEARL system test for now.
The correct fix may be to update the reference result, though.

- Resolution set to fixed
To test e.g.
- Load any hrpd dataset
- save it as nexus
- load this saved nexus file
- plot any spectrum of this hrpd dataset
- select fitting tool
- and a backtobackexponential peak
- look at the parameters of this backtobackexponential function and if any of this parameters are fixed by default then the fit parameters have been loaded correctly from saved nexus file

tested with HRP39182 and the well written script above. Passed and quite a good fit too!
