Correct WISH Reference Frame

Description

The Wish Reference frame is set up incorrectly in the instrument definition. This is at best misleading. The reference frame is part of the IDF schema and currently used in certain reflectometry routines. We ought to have it setup correctly.

Note to Anders: Should we go through and check this for all the IDFs, I suggest that quite a few of them are incorrect? Also, we should perhaps be able to detect that the IDF reference frame is wrong when we load the instrument? For example the major component of the vector between the source, sample and detector is probably the beam direction.
