Usability improvements to ImageView

Description

1.The workspace name should appear on the title bar. 2.The ImageView should be deleted when the workspace is deleted. 3.The Help button should link to the ImageView web page.

RE 6132 Usability improvements to ImageView

The workspace title is now on the ImageView title bar. Since the workspace is not changed, replaced MatrixWorkspace_sptr by MatrixWorkspace_const_sptr refs #6132

Help menu on ImageViewer now has link to on line help page on the Mantid project web site.

Notes to tester:

The branch name is: feature/6132_Usability_Improvements_to_ImageView

Tasks 1 & 3 have been completed. Task 2. will be addressed under the new ticket #7368.

To test tasks 1 & 3, load a histogram or event file, right click on the workspace that is created, and choose "Show Image Viewer".

  1. The window title will show the title of the workspace.
  2. Choosing the menu item "Help->Online_Help_Page" will direct a browser to the online help page on the Mantid website.
