Description
To be a wrapper for GUI based execution.
Alternative: come up with a better solution

To Test:
Branch: feature/6188_hide_property_manager_algs
Look under Workflow->Inelastic section in Algorithm tree and there shouldn't be any Workflow algorithms listed that require a PropertyManager as an input parameter.
When testing, you need to make sure that your Mantid.properties file has been re-generated from the template file.

I have also hidden some of the SANS algorithms that I thought it was safe to do.

Here's a better solution. Put the algorithms that cannot be used from the GUI in a hidden category.
