SANS: Rename some ISIS SANS tabs

Rename the tab 'Analysis Tab' to 'Reduction Settings', as long, in this tab you are able to change the settings for the reduction algorithm, that mainly, change the default parameters given by the user file.
Rename the tab 'Display' to '1D Analysis', as long, in this tab you are allowed to perform some Analysis to the 1D Reduced data.

Just open SANS interface and check that the names have changed according to the requirement.

The names have changed as required.
I found a crash while checking the ticket. It's completely unrelated to these changes so I have opened #7118.
