Description
Update the SliceViewer Help Page to describe how to use the new features added for PeakOverlays. This will need to be completed after all the changes for the next release have been finalised.
There are currently quite a few tickets in the pipeline surrounding PeakOverlays, so lots to document. We should not release without providing documentation, because that's exactly the kind of thing that gets users really annoyed.

Verified the documentation is in place,
However it could do with a link to the documentation under the slice viewer help menu
