Bayesian analysis routines written in python has been supplied. A GUI has to be built within Indirect Data Analysis interface in a new section. This is a collection of several routines. Reduced spectrum and resolution file will be inputs and fitted plots will be outputs. the expected GUI will be supplied separately.

Duplicate of refs #5421.
