Testing on an Ubuntu 12.04 VM that has had the previous release of Mantid on it but nothing else.

Testing environment: Ubuntu 12.04

I encountered three issues when testing, which were:

  1. Offline help: The home button returns a blank page, which is not helpful. #7566
  2. SANS ISIS: Closing the SANS ISIS interface window closes Mantid program. #7568
  3. Workspaces: Renaming workspaces in workspace groups the value is overridden, but both workspaces rename (e.g. it's not replaced). #7569

A few relatively minor issues revealed:

Faced a problem which was already reported in #5702.
