Sample log window title should show correct time

Description

The window shown when the Sample Logs... menu is chosen has the beginning epoch date/time in the title bar (see attached picture). The date/time should be set to the log start or removed.

Works for me (Ubuntu 12.10). It seems to be working in the February version of Mantid as well (RHEL6 on analysis.sns.gov). Maybe something is wrong in that particular file

That was a duff run - the logs show that the file is missing a run start time. Other files have the correct thing there.
