plotBin with multiple sources doesn't work

It currently raises an error as the core plotting by bins can't handle multiple sources. One of the real issues is that the current MantidCurve has to be associated with a single workspace & single index which is no good for plotting bins. The current bin plotting still creates a QtiPlot table like the spectrum ones used to.
So the proper fix is to avoid creating the QtiPlot table source entirely and create a new curve type that understands bins in a workspace. The combination of multiple sources/bins then becomes simpler by following what is already done for plotSpectrum.

This was actually completed in #9402. plotBin now works much more like plotSpectrum with multiple sources.
