[IDA] Elwin - Plot bins for the _elw workspace

Description

When Elwin is run and the three workspaces - _elw, _eq1 and _eq2 - are created, plot the bins of the _elw workspace when the 'Plot Spectrum...' option is selected after right-clicking.

At present, selecting the 'Plot Spectrum...' option returns you the same graph as that of _eq1.
