Description
Execute the attached script and you will see that fitScale is false. But, the mask file was set to true.

Tester:
it was an important error, but with trivial solution. The branch is feature/6729_process_fitscale
Just execute the loqreduction.py script. If it prints True, True at the end, everything is fine.
Double check with MantidPlot, ISISInterface, set the mask to MASKLOQ_MAN.112A, and check that at tab diagnosis the checkbox for fit scale is checked.
