Add level-of-detail view setting option

Description

The view menu needs a checkable entry allowing the level-of-detail (LOD) setting to be turned on and off. The LOD should be off when the view is switched to the ThreeSlice view.

To Test: Anyone testing #6342 can check this one off. The observed behavior in the ThreeSlice view is that as the cross-hairs are moved, the data in the views are not downsampled (worse resolution). Turn the option on to see the effect.
